Maintenance Programs

Prolong the life of your door openings.

The front door to your business is the entry portal to your world and many times it is your clients’ first impression of your business.  Doors, frames, hardware, and accessories can be a major investment in your building.  Our maintenance programs offer you an opportunity to protect your investment and ensure that you receive the full serviceable life of the quality goods that you have purchased.

With our Preventive Maintenance programs, you can:

We start by conducting a survey and evaluation, which includes a complete on-site inspection of your door openings. Our Program includes inspection of entire opening, cleaning and adjusting hardware, identifying worn or damaged parts, testing overall operation, priority same-day service for emergency repairs, written report detailing your openings current condition and service recommendations and an estimate of any needed repairs to restore safe operation. All programs are customized to meet your budget.
