Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Taking ownership of planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to doors, frames, and finish hardware
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution
• Reviewing project documentation, such as drawings and specifications, to create detailed material take-offs and cut sheets
• Requesting and analyzing quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
• Fostering timely communication and follow-ups with clients and team members for effective project management
• Tracking project progress and maintaining updated records to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets

Qualifications and Skills

• A people person with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with team members and clients
• A self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently while thriving within a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
• A working knowledge of Bluebeam Revu a plus
• Knowledge or prior experience in the doors, frames, and hardware industry is a plus, but not required
• Prior experience as a Project Manager is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude, a commitment to delivering excellence, and a willingness to learn and grow
